Shipping Policy

Shipping quotes provided will ship via LTL freight (Fedex) or flatbed hauler to either a commercial location with a forklift or equivalent for unloading from the trailer or can be picked up from the nearest LTL carrier terminal.

If you're needing shipped to a residential address, limited access area or if you need a lift-gate delivery please contact us for a shipping quote.

Limited access areas can often include farms, colleges/schools, hospitals, strip malls, restaurants, home based businesses, residences, construction sites or businesses that don't have a dock for unloading.

Please see listing description for crate sizes. If they are not listed reach out to us.

Return & Exchange Policy

All items that qualify for a return must first be approved by us and must be returned within the 30-day time frame after purchasing. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover any return shipping and freight charges that will be deducted from your purchase price refund. After all contents are inspected refund will be initiated to the original payment method if applicable.

Taxes

We are required to collect sales tax on all purchases. However if you are exempt from sales tax for "farm use", "resale" or other acceptable reason then we require you to fill out the Ohio Tax Exempt form for our records.
